Will Storage Sense clean up for users not logged on to the PC.

Hi

If a PC is used by multiple users and every user logged-in is setting up OneDrive.

If Storage Sense is scheduled to run e.g. every day, will it only convert files to Online-Only for the currently logged in user or will it also clean up for the users who logged in a few days ago?
