Trouble uploading excel file on OneDrive

When I transfer excel file with insets on to OneDrive, the files are saved but the insert disappears

1. What do you mean by inset?

2. What Excel file format are you using?

3> how are you adding the file to OneDrive?

1. I had insert an object in the form of png/jpeg file into my excel
2. I am using 2013 version of office
3. I use Microsoft form to collect the excel in my organisation
4. Even when I drag and drop the excel file the inserts go missed.
