Storage capacity reached on A5 license (1TB but shows only 5G)

A number of staff in the last 2 days have been limited to 5Gig of storage space despite having a5 licenses (& I'm an admin). Admin shows that under the one drive tab my storage used is 925.8% (46G of 5G used), but below that the storage space allocation is 1024GB per user. I can't sync or use anything, I cant save any files anywhere except my 'downloads' folder as I have my desktop backed up to my onedrive!!! Please help
