Sharing Folder in specific Department only

Hi, in our organization, can I create a group for department for a shared folder so I will not type them one by one in the?onedrive ticket.jpg

For departmental usage, you should be using SharePoint rather than OneDrive which is designed for a single user. If you create a Group in Outlook then you have the choice of directly using the SharePoint site created with it or of giving the group members permission to access an existing SharePoint library.

I strongly recommend you get some training in OneDrive, SharePoint and Group basics first.
