Restrict number of attachments to upload in OneDrive Folder

Hi Everyone, 

I want to restrict number of upload items in Shared folder while sharing the link of Onedrive folder. Is there any way to restrict no. of attachments and extentions (optional) per person. The folder is getting shared by anonymous people via request access link

There's a maximum limit per link (20 if I remember correctly), other than that no way to customize it.
