Hi,I use O365 with 8 W10 Pro and 1 Mac. With Mac I have some problem!
- Impossible to open file abc.docx- Download impossible, save another version of this file to save your update- File read-only mode, duplicate the file to save modifications
If I open my files from OneDrive web, I have less problems, but not always...
In March, the support of Microsoft partner, ask to me recreate the local directory, download a new copy of all my files and restart. After three months, I have the same problem.
They say to me that all Apple customers have some problem with OneDrive, but they aren't able to resolve!!!
How can I resolve my problem.
