Problem with OneDrive

When trying to open a PowerPoint on OneDrive (sharepoint.com), I receive the message: "Sorry we ran into a problem." I have never had this problem until today. How do I fix this?

Is it only when opening this particular file? If so try restore to the next latest version of the file

@adam deltingerIt happens with any PowerPoint file I try to open in SharePoint.com. 

Both when opened on web and desktop client? ( if exists)

I@adam deltinger It happens when opened on the web. If I open it directly from my jump drive or other location, it works. It's only when I try opening it from the web on Sharepoint.com

Okay! Try login from another browser and see if the same happens. Also try from an inprivate session
