Bonjour, 

 

Je rencontre un problème avec l'utilisation de OneDrive sur certains postes de mon entreprise. 

 

Après la migration et le basculement de notre infrastructure vers Office 365, nous avons exporter les fichiers des utilisateurs des serveurs de fichiers locaux vers le nouvel espace de stockage OneDrive. 

 

Jusqu'ici aucun problème, mais sur certains ordinateurs et de manière totalement aléatoire, l'option "Files on Demand" n'est pas totalement fonctionnelle : Cette dernière est bien active dans les paramètres de OneDrive, mais les options "Libérer de l'espace" et "Toujours conserver sur cet appareil" ne sont pas disponible dans l'explorateur de fichier.

On ne peut donc pas choisir quel répertoire doit être synchronisé ou non, ce qui perd donc tout l’intérêt de la fonctionnalité. 

 

Tous les postes concernés sont évidemment sous Windows 10 et plusieurs versions sont concernées (1909,1903,1809). J’ai essayé de mettre à jour les postes afin de résoudre le problème mais le résultat reste inchangé.

La dernière version de OneDrive est quant à elle bien installée sur les postes.

Si certains ont déjà rencontrés ce problème ou on une idée pour le résoudre je leur en serais très reconnaissant.

Hello,

I have a problem with using OneDrive on some workstations in my company.

 

After migrating and switching our infrastructure to Office 365, we exported the user files from the local file servers to the new OneDrive storage space.

 

So far no problem, but on some computers and in a totally random way, the "Files on Demand" option is not fully functional: It is active in the OneDrive settings, but the "Free space" and "Always keep on this device" options are not available in the file explorer.

 

We cannot therefore choose which directory should be synchronized or not, which loses all the interest of the functionality.

All the workstations concerned are obviously under Windows 10 and several versions are concerned (1909,1903,1809). I tried to update the workstations to solve the problem but the result remains unchanged.

 

The latest version of OneDrive is well installed on the workstations.
