OneDrive very slow in file explorer (WIN10)

Am I the only one who is unable to use onedrive due to his speed?

When I try to open a folder with Explorer it can take 2-3 minutes even if the folder is empty. It is not the connection because Onedrive dowload files very fast when I sync. It seems to be an explorer problem....
