Hi!
One of our users are having problems saving certain Excel files in OneDrive for business. When trying to save he gets an error message saying "Upload blocked. A problem has accured with this file and new changes can't be saved".
The files he are having issues with are old and have certain properties:
1. They are "always open as read only"
2. They have "always create a backup" activated
3. They have macros enabled
Do you know if any of these settings are known to create sync errors in OneDrive for business? We have tried disabling "Use Office applications to sync Office files that I open" in OneDrive. It does not resolve the issue.
