When I try to upload a lot of files to oneDrive, about 5000, onedrive syncs and uploads an average of 200/1000 and stops syncing and gets stuck without uploading anything. The only way to resume the process is to restart the computer or the service.

@Diego2410 There can be many reasons why this happens, for example, the size of individual files. Have you seen this article and verified that your files are not subject to the restrictions listed here?

@Magnus Goksøyr I read your link, it's seen like it's an expected behavior. But for me occur with only 7K files and is stuck every 500 more or less, it takes so much time to up all the files. I fulfill all of the other requisites, thanks for your help.
Expected behavior by ms:
If OneDrive sync seems to be stuck for a long time or the status shows "Processing 0KB of xMB" it could be because you have a lot of files in your OneDrive or a lot of new files to be uploaded. If you have more than 100,000 files, sync can take a long time.
