OneDrive Groove Client SharePoint 2016 sync problems

we have the following environment:

  • SharePoint 2016 onPremise (small HA MinRole-Farm with 2 fornt-end with cache server, 2 application with search server and additional server with SQL Server for the Database)
  • Configuration Database Server Version: 16.0.4717.1000
  • Groove Client Version 16.0.11328.20158 (OneDrive)
  • The Clients which are running the Groove Client are on Windows 10

With this environment we have drastic synchronization problems. All documented approaches solving the problems do not work.

The bought SharePoint 2016 system is not usable for us with this problems.

Can someone help us?
