OneDrive for Business Performance

I'm curious what others are experiencing in terms of OneDrive for Business performance?  Our Network group has done extensive amounts of testing and one of the key things we've found is that throughput to our tenant is considerably slower than all other competing cloud storage providers.  Their finding was that Microsoft relies on the Windows Scaling Factor flag in the TCP stack to push a single-stream of data up to the cloud, whereas Google Drive, Drop Box, and just about any network speed test site all use multiple data streams for considerably higher throughput to those services.
