I have 2 users with same issue;
*User1: can't save excel file to Onedrive document folder -when that happens, an error is displayed "Sorry, we couldn't find xxx (file path). it is possible it was moved, renamed or deleted" I suggested subsequent files be saved on download folder which works (since it isn't synced).
*User2: Same error "Sorry, we couldn't find xxx (file path). it is possible it was moved, renamed or deleted" occurs whenever she tries to open the file from excel, the file appears to be missing from the folder where it was initially saved (under Onedrive document folder). No chance to copy, move or share as it keep saying the file can't be found or does not exist. These are important file built from scratch.
Appreciate any kind help here.
