OneDrive - After Retention Period - Approach of deletion of information

We have two type of deletion period i.e 90 days in second stage recycle bin and 3 months after AD account deletion.

I want to understand following

1. what should be the approach of deletion of ODB site and contents

2. How can we confirm that data has completely gone and disposal plan is triggered

3. What should be the frequency of deleting personal data

4. Is there any report what we can see username, how many record deleted, date of deletion, status of deletion and who performed the deletion

Can any one help on this?
