I have received a link from an external party for a shared folder using One Drive for business but unfortunately the "sync" icon and option is not appearing to allow me to make it available in my file explorer ! The strange thing is that other users in our company that have had the same invite have the icon available and it works fine !!
I am wondering if it might have something to do with the fact I have both the personal and business version of One Drive running on my laptop.

@EnglishJon I am having the same problem. Were you able to find a solution to this?
