having problems trying to use excel 365 and one drive.

wb sits under excel 365 on local drive has Vlookup cmd to read  values from a wb stored on one drive. path command looks ok but keeps returning "N/A". one article says the path should be something like "https://onedrive.live" then path to wb, another says it must be "https://d.docs.live ......."

say the data i want lives in wb called "test.xlsx" stored on One Drive. \i am using a command in wb on excel 365 (not online version) something like

Vlookup(a1,'https://onedrive.live.com/my files/[test.xlsx]sheet1'!$a:$d,2,0)

all i get is "N/a"

any thoughts?
