Not see my old uploaded files

Before upgrade my one drive free account i have able to upload and uploaded around 20gb files size, after upgrade the premimum account upto 100gb size.   the already uploded files can't see one one drive

my one drive free account has 5 gb capacity. but i uploaded 20 gb files also when uploading it showing 83 % full, so i upgrade the one drive account upto 100gb with paid subscription. after that the one drive showed 4%. but i can't see the uploded 20 gb files, it able downloaded only 4.7 gb files.. remaining files can't see or not able to download.
