No OneDrive within E3 developer license?

Hi all,

we have set up a O365 enviroment based on the E3 developer lincense. It actually works fine except OneDrive. Itseems that there is no OneDrive available or do we have to enable it?

is E3 developer license different than E3?

because In this chart I can see E3 has unlimited OneDrive business storage but in your picture it's not there
