NGSC 17.3.6798.0207

I have seen several posts throughout the internet about the issue with the NGSC not being able to sync files using Internet Explorer. I thought this issue was corrected but it appears it has not been. I am currently on 17.3.6798.0207 and am still having the issue. According to this link the issue was to be corrected on this version. Works perfectly on FF/Chrome. Anyone else having similar issues, know if I am missing something, or know when this will be fixed?
