Migrate from OneDrive for Business to Office 365 Groups Files

I'm noticing that web-based upload of my OneDrive files to an Office 365 Group is significantly slow. What is the best approach to migrating a folder from OneDrive for Business to an Office 365 Group?

Also, when will the OneDrive For Business sync client on Mac support Office 365 groups?

Hi Brain, i think the delay you mentioned is caused by throttling. if it are not that many files you could drag and drop.. a 3rd party tool like migrationwiz or sharegate would also be a option. kr, Paul

Also bear in mind that i ODFB you have the new sync lient, but in Groups you don't
