Several clients have been collaborating on a few shared word documents for the past couple of days. Since yesterday they have had issues retrieving edits that have been made to the documents. When they would take a break and come back and retrieve the document from the document library on their sharepoint site, all of the saved changes they made would be gone. I checked the versions and couldn't find it there, the documents didn't seem to be saved locally either. I thought at first that they might have just forgot to save the document all together but I can't imagine this happening to the same group two days in a row. Any suggestions? Thank you!
