Lost documents after emptying the bin

Hi,

My account couldn't synchronize documents because it was over full. I had a noticed asking to empty the bin. I did it yesterday evening. Today I can't find some documents (including some very important working documents).

How can I restore them?

I am affraid the lost documents were not synchronised recently as the box was exceeding the max size...

Please help!
