Is there a joke behind the first run URL?

I've been meaning to ask for years now but why is this URL misspelled? (see attached image).

Is there some inside joke? My impression is it is a spelling of the word 'very' done in the way of someone's English accent.

When do you see that Url? I think is the first time I see it

Google tells me that it's short for My Library - which is also what I assumed. I've never seen it myself though.

It may also be that someone at Microsoft speaks Elma Fudd...
