We have put in place a process that creates shared links with external users. These users might not have any Microsoft Account. When they open the link they need to enter their email adresse and they receive a code to login. In theory it works.
We are having many issues like:
- When they enter their email nothing happens
- Never receive the code from Microsoft
- Spammed email
- Google block the Microsoft services
Is there some configuration that we need to, for a better experience to the client or I need to look at another tool for sharing confidential files.
