When attempting to open an Excel file from a sync'ed library in File Explorer (Win10) staff experience an error message "Sorry, we couldn't find ... Is it possible it was moved, renamed or deleted?". I've been able to narrow down this issue specifically to staff with 64 bit Office. Staff with 32 bit Office do not have the issue. I also found that with the 64 bit client if we shorten the file path staff are able to open the files without the error. Is there a different path length limitation for the 64 bit client than the 32 bit client?
