Is it possible to download a user's entire ODB with PowerShell using a GA account. I tried doing it via the Admin Center where you create a link to the user's ODB and select all and download but that often times out. Also, that doesn't download the OneNote notebooks.
I think the problem it's not so related to being able to download ODFB content, but specifically to OneNote notebooks. Can you share how are you downloading the content with PowerShell (cmdlets, APIs used)?
