Disappointing Billing Problem.

Microsoft has charged my card, and the payment was successful, but my OneDrive status is still expired and need to reactive? what happened? very disappointing. Hopefully there is a solution. There's screenshot I attach.

 

There is no contact to contact to resolve this issue. Very very bad day.
