I ask all my colleagues to use OneDrive in order to store their Desktop, Documents and Images directories. Behind the curtain I save their files (incremental backup etc.)
One of my colleagues cannot set up the OneDrive save for Documents because the software tell us "My Music" is composed of dynamic links and can't be added, so we have to delete it. Ok but there is no "My Music" directory or file or whatever in Documents and even deleting the Music directory outside of Documents does not improve OneDrive behaviour.
What is the problem and how can we resolve it ?
