Block exe and PST files from being saved in ODFB

Hi,
Is there a way to prevent users from saving or copying an exe file to their ODFB.
I see an option in the SharePoint Admin panel to block upload of specific file types, but I can still copy exe files to my OneDrive.

When you say "copy exe files to my OneDrive" do you mean copy files to the local ODFB folder on a desktop computer? Do they upload?
