Basic small business spreadsheet

I am starting a small business (very small) in retirement tutoring students but my accountant wants me to keep a simple spreadsheet of expenses and income for tax purposes. I am clueless on designing a spreadsheet though I have used some to enter data into previously. Does anyone know where I could find simple templates for small businesses?

An Excel (spreadsheet) forum would be a better place to ask than OneDrive.

But please also try
* looking at the options under templates in Excel's File > New as it has zillions of templates
* just do a web search for "simple excel templates for income and expenses"or similar
