Unable to access OneDrive

Hi Team, i hope you are all well. 
I am writing this message desperately hoping that you can help me. i have purchased a key for MS bundle that came with 50GB access on one drive lifetime that what the website I bought from has promised me and many others. 

I uploaded my whole life pictures of me my kids and my family, on the storage provided known that I will never lose them as I trust Microsoft. recently I am unable to access those files anymore. when I tried to contact the customer support of this website that sold me the copy they said MS has changed their policy and there is nothing they can do. 

Please find attached below the error message I see every time I try to log in. please if there is anything I can do not hesitate to let me know.

Ouch. Ouch Ouch Ouch.
I would say your only chance is the MS support.
Since they can't do anything you are in real trouble.

It's to be honest kinda heartbreaking because I know you feeling.
Please go in the future always for backups.
