I want to build a flow that should run when a file has finished uploading from the OneDrive mobile app. These are going to be large video files, so the upload is likely to take minutes to finish.
In my testing, the flow that runs on file creation is being triggered at the start of the upload process. In other upload scenarios, it looks like a special temporary file is created during upload and the file is then renamed when the upload is finished. But when I use the OneDrive mobile app (on an iPhone), the file appears in the library immediately.
Is this a flaw in the OneDrive upload process?
