Embedded mp4 videos stored on some accounts will not play unless you sign in to onedrive on the same browser as you are using to view it. Other accounts work without signing in. When you get the embed code it states, as can be seen below, that you will not need to sign in.
Note: Anyone who visits the blog or webpage with this embedded file will be able to view it without signing in.
