My phone was stolen, the thief has been using my oneDrive, how to unblock the stolen phone from logging into onedrive, Because changing the microsoft password doesn't work.

You might want to enable Multi Factor Authentication additionally with an alternative number or mail address.
This should force the Microsoft account authorized on your phone to require re-authentication.
Nevertheless if the device is not centrally managed files might remain locally

Alternatively look for any remote wipe option depending on you cells´ brand.  

If the thief didn't log out of the onedrive of my stolen phone,I changed the microsoft email password and the stolen phone was not required to enter the authentication message because he was always logged in to onedrive. You can test it out.
