When capturing a business card with office lens, which contains German umlauts (ÄÖÜäüö) and saving this to OneNote, the umlauts are showed correctly EXCEPT  in the generated vcf file to import the contact into outlook. There the umlauts appear as: &#252 for an "ü".

it would be great, if this could be fixed.
