I figured out the Bluetooth is not working on my computer. The Microsoft phone link app and the Microsoft Authenticator app don't know Bluetooth is not working on the computer. The apps do not have the capability to detect that. Now the phone link app is going through its intro requesting permissions to be given on my phone that is impossible the Bluetooth on the computer is not functioning. The Microsoft Authenticator app also cannot detect the fact the Bluetooth is not functioning on my computer. How do I shutdown this phone link app and remove the info I have a functional Authenticator app
