Using Pen on a Touch Screen on Teams, WebX, Zoom etc while presenting or have a blank Screen

I was looking for a product that I can have a Teams and others session and be able to use a

pen on my touch screen and draw a network diagram, erase , highlight correct etc.

That will help to listen the session and draw or write as I go through the presentation.

If anyone know of a product please let me know, I appreciated.

PS. I am running Windows 10

Hi @Oscar2360 you can do this a few ways, have you tried Whiteboard yet? https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/microsoft-365/microsoft-whiteboard/digital-whiteboard-app/ which is available when in your Teams Meeting, and you can download to your Windows device as an App? You also have OneNote.
