DROP DOWN LIST WITH SEARCHABLE OPTION. SEARCHABLE DOESN'T WORK.

I recently became a beta version user after using merely 365 version for quite a while. I was trying to do DROP DOWN LIST WITH SEARCHABLE OPTION, it didnt work fully. Drop down list is working but it is NOT SEARCHABLE. What could be the problem?
