I run a small business where email contacts are very important. We use Office for Mac 2011. Is there a way to turn on an automatic email entry (saved contact email) for everyone I send an email to and receive an email from? I can't even find "suggested contacts" list.

Is anyone aware of a Microsoft Office for Mac expert that can answer some questions for me? Happy to pay their hourly rate.
