I need guidance on steps to cancel my annual subscription to Office for Mac. My company has made a lifetime renewal available. Last year I bought the annual license and linked it to my personal Microsoft account. Now, when Im trying to update the renewal using my company issued access and my company email address and log in to Microsoft, i get the message that outlook (and all related programmes) is offline and directs me to the site to renew (and pay for) the license.
Please help. I don't want to renew the license. I would like to use the one my company has made available.
