Recently on my MBPro, typing in a cell yields nothing visible. The data does appear in the formula bar and then does appear in the cell upon hitting Return. So I have to edit any cell contents in the formula bar. A bit of a headache.
Not a problem on my iMac, so it's some setting on the laptop, but I can't find it.
