Hello everyone,

 

one of out customer is currently moving to the new german cloud. We are using the german version of E3 licenses.

One user tried installing PowerPoint for iOS on his iPad and used his business account for activation. However, all mobile apps remain View Only and he can't create or edit any documents.

 

I've checked licensing - he has an E3 license attached to his user.

We tried test with another user - same issue.

 

Has anyone experienced this issue before and can offer a workaround?
