In our organization we have a claims department that forwards Claims emails to a shared mailbox that needs specific information formatted in a specific way.
I have been tasked with creating a selectable template in Outlook 2016 for this department to utilize for forwarding these emails. Although I have created a draft .oft template with fillable fields and a drop-down menu I cannot get the fields to show up in anyway in the sent message.
1. Is there a way to have a form with fillable text fields and drop-down menus to be selectable for a forwarded email in Outlook 2016?
2. How do you have those fillable text fields and drop-down menu choices appear in the sent message email body?
Thank you!
