Hi, I am recently testing co-authoring option with a group of people. We use laptops with Windows 10 + Office 2016 and some of us have Windows 7 and Office 2013. We are interested in collaboration on Word files via Office + Sharepoint and in Word Desktop.
We met some troubles unfortunately. The main one is sync issues, generally speaking. For example we were editing one file, by 7 users. Particular part of the text was blocked as one of us was working on it. After saving the file only part of us got possibility to edit that part. Rest, still had notification that the text was blocked. Even after closing the file by the mentioned person some of us still had the notification. Could someone comment on it ?
