Dear all,

Recently, I registered 1 account Office 365 trial to experience O365 E3 version before bought it, I create a sharepoint site, upload some document and share with somebody, both the same and diffrence trial domain & gmail also. The share function working well, but email notification seem to be getting issue as below. Please help to advise me.

PS: I search some conversation get the same my issue and they advise ask recipient admin unblock some policies and mechanisms that block my Office 365 email address and directly contact the recipient’s admin for support. I'm IT person and I believe there is no any specific policy that block my trial domain.

@DeepakRandhawa This explains it. I have been receiving this delivery message whenever I use the on.microsoft domain but not with other email domains like gmail or Outlook.

the issue / problem should be resolved now and my Hotmail is working fine - thanks for everybody's help and hopefully all other issues relating to this have been fixed

I disagree.  I am experiencing this issue as of 2/17/2020.  I have connected my Office 365 account to my gmail account.  I can receive emails fine, but when I try to replying from my gmail account, I get this error.

 @XanderOrtiz  I've got the same problem, but the last days it has also occurred in outlook for iPhone, - I changed password on my AppleID some days ago, so maybe that's the reason, but I can't seem to fix it.

@alecsu2017

it seems to me that the issue is back again when i try to use OWA from office 365 to schedule a meeting of two merged teams i got a failed delivery message with the following diagnostic:

thank's for your help brothers

@alecsu2017

I've been experimenting the same behavior. I just created the Tenant (Office 365 E1 Trial) and when creating appointmente through MS Teams, the email is not delivered to the people I'm inviting (outside of the organization).

What am I missing here?

Regards,

@naw78 The same problem when I schedule a meeting in team. It started just a several days ago.

@xxinduan

I seem to have the same problem. I'm to learn how to use SharePoint and develop apps, reports and create workflows by using a free 30 day account with MS

Has anyone had any luck on a solution or do I have a different problem?

I too had the same issue and i had to use a custom domain to be able to send emails.

@Anand_Dua Could you please share with us the resolution steps.

Could you please share with us the resolution steps.

I started getting this about 3 days ago and it happens continually. Anyone (including myself) emailing me is getting a REJECTED message (but the email goes through) and I am getting errors too. I am the administrator and want to know what the heck is going on. Error is below and I have changed my email address in this message.

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

If you hear from MSFT about this, can you let me know the resolution please. Thank you

It seems from reading through this thread that the issue has happened again. I’ve been fine until just yesterday band I’m getting the same reject message.

@Heather_3578not sure if this is the fix but I had the same error on a redirect rule on an inbox. I had set up the rule a year ago and it was working fine until very recently. I followed the instructions on this guide:

https://docs.helpscout.com/article/1424-enable-external-forwarding-in-microsoft-365

The UI is slightlty different as the screenshots in the guide, but you can access the policies screen at the following link:

https://protection.office.com/antispam

I haven't tested to see if this is the fix but it's worth a try.

Hi All,

Just wondering if there is any update on the resolution? Thanks

@Connel Hooley

It started to work again magically!

It just started to work.

@al_taylor It seems not to be fix on mine. It happens to me recently. Very frustrating. No idea how should I do.
