Word online Corporate Office Templates

I've setup an OfficeTemplateLibrary in a SharePoint library, in our SharePoint online intranet.

I've put word/excel/pptx template files in it, then run the Add-SPOOrgAssetsLibrary officetemplatelibrary powershell command.


Everything works fine for desktop clients of word/excel/powerpoint


for the PowerPoint online users who see a folder which gets them to the intranet based officetemplates library.


Word online and Excel online users do not see the the officetemplates folder


Does anyone see the templates folder in their Word or Excel online environments ?

If you do, how did you do it ?
