Word 365 has stopped allowing me to save files to pinned folders that worked previously. Have to access my regular folders each time to save the new file into a regular folder.
Tried 365 help which has always been able to solve problems, but tech says it is beyond his expertise.
Recently upgraded from Windows 10 Home edition to Windows 10 Pro. Don't know if that is the cause. Tried to reach out to Windows 10 support, but got no worthwhile answer (actually got no answer at all).
Any suggestions?
