where do files shared in teams chat and channel go if the profile of users doesn't have onedrive/SharePoint license?

Channel files (team files) goes to Shareapoint. Even though a user dont have the SP license they can work with files in Teams

If the user don’t have OneDrive they should be able to upload files in a chat ( meaning sharing files from their OneDrive)
