What is the right format to migrate from Kerio mail server without reset all users password?

HI to all,

I have to migrate about 300 user mailbox from Kerio mail server to Exchange Online.

I don't know users' password so I can't use the classic format for the CSV.

I've tried with Dovecot format without success.

I've tried with Mirapoint format but there is a problem. I used the below format:

but exchange online start to migrate admin mailbox instead the user mailbox.

Any ideas?

I would like to avoid to change all users' password :)
